  • Therapeutic/Rehabilitation Massage – Deep or light pressure applied to the musculoskeletal system for the purpose of muscle relaxation, myofascial release, or increasing local blood flow and lymph flow.

  • Hot Stone Massage – A form of therapeutic massage that brings the body to a relaxation and healing mode, which increases detoxification of your organ systems.

  • Reflexology – A massage that is therapeutic to your whole body, but through your feet. This type of massage can be done with or without hot stones.

  • Precision Neuromuscular Treatment (PNMT) – A specialized treatment which focuses on the muscles that are the most painful; incorporates a therapeutic massage as well.

  • Acupressure – Holding trigger points (a hot spot in a muscle; a knot”) to loosen the muscle without putting unneeded and painful pressure on the trigger point.

  • Modalities – TMJ Dysfunction-works the muscle in the jaw as well as surrounding areas associated with TMJ. The helps to decrease pain in the jaw and ear area and increase movement as well.

– Carpal Tunnel Syndrome-work with the soft tissue and nerve endings associated with carpal tunnel. This helps stretch the fingers and brings blood back into the palm of your hand are just some of the benefits.

– Thoracic Outlet Syndrome-stretches out the area between your chest and neck to bring blood back to this area and to bring back feeling into the hand.


  • Relaxation Massage – Soft, light strokes that are not therapeutic, but rather are very relaxing in nature.
